The CF Series are dedicated fume incinerators for thermal treatment of up to 10,000 SCFM of organic contaminated waste streams. These incinerators incorporate natural gas "grid" burners for maximum thermal efficiency. All incoming fumes pass through the burner assembly thereby eliminating by-passing of combustable contaminants and assuring complete oxidation of all organics. Auxiliary fuel input is fully modulated to meet incineration temperature requirements while effectively utilizing the heating value of the waste materials. Optional equipment includes stainless steel air cooled castings and various types of waste heat recovery equipment.

HR Series
The HR series is designed to handle up to 250 pounds per hour of Type 0 - 4 Solid Waste. It is particularly well suited for pathological waste applications in hospitals, laboratories and other facilities that require on-site disposal of waste where limited space is available for disposal equipment. The HR Series incorporates primary and secondary chamber technology in a retort design with a unique "hot hearth" configuration for uniform heat distribution. Optional equipment available includes modulating dual fuel burners, automatic charging systems and special stack arrangements for a custom tailored installation to suit individual customer requirements or limitations.

HC Series
The HC series is specifically designed for Type 0 - 4 Solid Waste and includes automatic loading and ash removal systems. The horizontal ignition chamber features a cascading design enhanced by stoker rams to continually move the waste material and ash through the system for efficient and thorough destruction of combustables. The large afterburner chamber provides long retention time and low velocity for complete oxidation and settling of particulate material. All burners are fully modulating with high turndown for maximum efficiency. Optional air cooled casings, waste heat recovery systems and various flue gas cleaning equipment or scrubbers are available.
